Viking owns docks in many of the cities it visits, and passengers are able to disembark in the heart of town without waiting in lines or taking tenders to shore. Viking also features an Old World Highlights program, with authentic folkloric entertainment, lectures, cultural arts demonstrations and language lessons provided onboard and ashore.
